The Hicksville Public Library is here to assist you with your notary needs.  Being prepared when you present your documents will allow the notary to help you in a thorough and efficient manner.  For your convenience, we have prepared the following checklist of requirements for notarization.  Please look this list over before coming to the library for the notary.  Thank you.

 Notary Hours (Please call for notary availability)

 
Call the Reference Department to schedule an appointment from Monday through Friday. No weekend or evening hours are available.

$2 FOR EACH NOTARY SIGNATURE (no credit cards)

SIGNER(S):  Personal Appearance Required. Everyone signing the document must be present.

IDENTIFICATION:  ID with Photo and Signature  (Driver’s License, Passport, Non-Driver’s ID)
           
DOCUMENT(S):  Entire, Completed Document. Wills cannot be notarized. 

SPEAKING WITH THE NOTARY:  English Needed (no translator allowed)
