Circulation

10 cent overdue fines - children's materials
15 cent overdue fines - adult materials     
and all audio except video/dvd
25 cent overdue fines - new books

Maximum fines for overdue items are:

Adult books- $10.00
Children's books - $5.00
Magazines- $2.00
Cassettes and cds - $5.00
$1 fee for lost compact disc envelope
$1 fine first card,
$2 second card
$3 third card
$4 fourth card
$5 fifth and all cards thereafter
$1.25 per page for faxes in New York State
$1.50 per page for faxes in Continental US
Lost or damaged fee is the replacement cost of the item

Video/DVD

$2 fine per day per video and DVD. Maximum fines per item is $10
$1 per video and DVD  put in bookdrop
$1 plastic case not returned
50 cents for each video not rewound
Lost or damaged fee is the replacement cost of the item

NOOKS

$10 overdue fines per day per item
$ 120 Maximum fines per item
Replacement cost for NOOK/COVER is $120 which includes the NOOK itself for $99

Reference

$2 for each notary signature

Museum Pass

$20.00 per day for an overdue museum pass
