Library Card

Hicksville Library cards are issued to residents of Hicksville School District if you are over the age of 18 with two forms of identification, including proof of residency and picture ID. Library cards are valid for three (3) years. Those under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their application before they can get a Library card.

You'll need two (2) forms of ID for a Library card: one (1) PICTURE ID and one (1) PROOF OF RESIDENCE:

PROOF OF RESIDENCE:
  • Telephone Bill
  • Tax Bill
  • Utility Bill
  • Vehicle Insurance Card
  • NYS Motor Vehicle Registration
  • Youth: School Mail, ID, or Buss Pass
